Homeowner didn’t notice their picture frame was covered with mold until it fell from the wall due to the amount of water it had absorbed. This loss was due to a leaking toilet from the upstairs master bathroom. We detached the vanity as it had gotten damaged and were able to carefully remove the countertop. We took precautionary by detaching the toilet and storing it on the job site so that we were able to remove the drywall on the ceiling. Our team disinfected the area and set proper drying equipment.
